How do I know if my gift card have been received?
- Your giftee will receive an email of the gift cards ( Apply Gift Code via Check out) You will also receive an email notification.
What if the value of my Oak & Barrel Gift Card is more than the price of my order? Can I receive a refund of the remaining balance?
- No, there is no refund for the remaining balance. Please also note that the Gift Card cannot be used for another order and that any remaining value will be forfeited.
- Kindly take note that Gift card is valid for 3 months from date of issue.
