Rescheduling failed deliveries may incur additional fees. Reasons for a failed delivery include no recipients available to receive delivery or minors attempting to receive delivery.
In the unlikely event that a requested item is out of stock, O&B will notify you and recommend a substitute. If this is not to your liking, we will deliver the available items or cancel the order at your request.
All deliveries are subject to stock availability.
Customers are requested to examine all goods upon delivery, any shortage or breakage must be brought to attention of the delivery personnel immediately and recorded on O&B's delivery note.
