Founded in 1959, is currently run by 3rd generation owner Bruno Baylet. Nearly 80 hectares are farmed in the gravelly hillsides of Sadirac, 12 miles southeast of Bordeaux, in the Entre-Deux-Mers region. The wine-making process is highly influenced by sustainable practices and we get the most out of the maturity of grapes in a bottle of the pure joy of tradition.
