The Trio Red Blend Care is a red wine from the Bodegas Anadas winery of the Care project. It is very old and dates from 1935. This wine is made from high quality grapes. The selected grapes belong to a vineyard located at an altitude of 600 meters. They are all harvested during the evening. Vinification takes place in 4 days with cold soaking. Alcoholic fermentation takes place with an observed temperature of 28 ° C.
The Trio Red Blend Care is a red wine from Northern Spain with a ripe nose. This drink to have during your meals has a well-balanced fruitiness: black cherries with purple reflections. It is the combination of Grenache, Syrah and Cabernet-Sauvignon that gives it powerful tannins.
