A well balanced and cheerful Brut Sangria where white wine is enhanced with the crisp taste of wild green apples, floral notes of elderberry flowers with spiced with cinnamon. The result is a fresh tart flavour, slightly sweet at the start and with persistent bubbles which leaves an agreeable taste in the mouth full of nuances. A great summery drink, perfect in hot weather.
